[Snort-users] Process to submit bugs?

What is the current process to submit bugs? I tried sending an email to
bugs (at) snort (dot) com and it failed.

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     bugs (at) snort (dot) com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for
the recipient domain snort.com by <smtp server name>. [IP Address].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 5.1.1 <bugs (at) snort (dot) com> Recipient not found.  <
