We're aware of the OMB mandate and working to make sure that the  
federal government doesn't lose the ability to use Snort on its  
networks.

If it's in Snort it will be GPL, we run the same code here that is  
available on snort.org and decoders are pretty fundamental to the  
program.

Ok, we'll keep that in mind.  We may have a new stream reassembler in  
the works that's going to need a similar amount of testing as well... ;)
