[Snort-users] What is the last 2 digits in this IP address? 192.168.0.0/24

That represents a designation for a class c network using classless 
subnetting. The last two digits can be anything from 1-254 (0 is network 
and 255 is broadcast).  This is the same as using the 255.255.255.0 
notation.
