You could use the snort-inline feature set of snort +
bleeding-malware.rules from

http://www.bleedingsnort.com/bleeding-malware.rules

or you could use snort+flexresp+bleeding-malware.flexresponse.rules

http://www.bleedingsnort.com/flex-response/bleeding-malware.flexresponse.rules
