Thank you very much Patrick, I have found the problems, there was one wrong
path and one problem of permission.

Looks like it.  What does your init script look like?  Make sure the
path to the conf file and the path to the binary are correct.  Also the
user and group info depending on what init script your using

Or do a snort -c /etc/snort/snort.conf and look at the output.  If it
starts that way then you could have a problem with your init script.
If it does not start that way then it will spit out an error message

tail your logs for clues as to why it is not starting properly...

with two consoles open, execute

tail -f /var/log/messages

in one of them, and then

/etc/rc.d/init.d/snortd start

in the other...
