Hi,

If i try to start snort on eth1 i get this error:
snort -I eth1 -c /etc/snort/snort.conf
Running in IDS mode
Log directory = /var/log/snort

Initializing Network Interface eth1
ERROR: OpenPcap() FSM compilation failed:
        syntax error
PCAP command: eth1
Fatal Error, Quitting..

Running it on eth0 gives no problem.

Whats is wrong here ?
Patrick
