[Snort-users] SNORT and Linux 8.0

Meaning: there ain't no such thing as Linux 8.0.  There are many
distributions of UNIX OS's (not all UNIX OS's are Linux), and they all
have their own version numbers.

I'm betting we're hearing about Red Hat 8.0.  Is that right?
