I'll try to use better Google searches next time.
I tried things like:

http_inspect: OVERSIZE CHUNK ENCODING

Which in Google leads to a couple pages of Acid reports and email list
questions, but none straight to the documents you've pointed to.

I don't use IIS and have a current Apache2 so I'm glad to find this 
alert shouldn't affect me.
