[Snort-users] gigabit nic?

I am running Snort on an Apple Xserve and It has dual GigE NICs and has 
1 1GHz G4 processors and processor load is minimal and it does not drop 
packets..., Oh and i am only using one of the GigE cards for snort

The Xserves are really fast but maybe this info will help you...
