[Snort-users] mysql error no matter what

It took a few tries but that was pretty much it! Thanks!
For those of you searching the archive for answers
Here's what i did to get it to go :

If you're doing this via freebsd ports collection make sure to change
your Makefile to --with-mysql or --with-mysql=/usr/local ( or whatever)

and if you already installed it and get errors do this :
cd /usr/ports/security/snort/
rm /usr/localbin/snort
make deinstall
rm -r work/
make reinstall

Make sure you removed the previous snort binary before doing
make install.
