Only see these three that even remotely look like they might have something
to do with it.

setting cache_expire to 5 to see what happens

; After this number of seconds, stored data will be seen as 'garbage' and

session.gc_maxlifetime = 1440

and
; Lifetime in seconds of cookie or, if 0, until browser is restarted.
session.cookie_lifetime = 0

and
; Document expires after n minutes.
session.cache_expire = 180
