There is no public release of it. Only a few selected beta testers
have a copy.
If anyone wants to play with fire then go to
and download it. Furthermore, YOU MUST USE THE LIBNETNT.DLL THAT IS
INCLUDED. The reason for this is because the real LibnetNT.dll is
broke beyond beleif. This version has numerous fixes by me.
Remember that this is beta code.
