I've got the LibNetNT.dll installed, still no go. 

However, let me answer my own question (doh...). I just found a
reference in a file which mentions that the FlexResp code is not
integrated in the Win32 port yet. Does anyone know when it will be
implemented? (Marty? Mike?)
