Greetings,

I just recently started playing with snort, so you may refer to me a
newbie. I think it rocks (great job, Marty).

I have a question regarding the 'resp' option. Is that available only
in the *nix version? I'm using the Win32 port (v1.6.3), and resp
apparently is not recognized. By design?

Also, are any of you using snort in conjunction with a Checkpoint
firewall? I'm currently working on a couple batch files that
automagically block connections on the firewall if they match a snort
rule. Just wanted to check if there a better method being used than
what I tossed together.

Regards,
Frank
