[Snort-users] --enable-smbalerts won't compile

Sourceforge has been a bit weird lately and the e-mail from the list has been
arriving out of order and late.  I'm not quite sure what the problem is, but
I'll put a query to them.  The SMB alert stuff is a problem, I'll look into it
(FWIW, it should work ok in the 1.6.3 version...)
