Sourcefire VRT Certified Snort Rules Update

Synopsis:
The Sourcefire VRT is aware of a vulnerability affecting Microsoft
products.

Details:
Microsoft Security Advisory (CVE-2009-3678):
The Microsoft Canonical Display Driver (cdd.dll) contains a programming
error that may allow a remote attacker to execute code on a vulnerable
system.

A previously released rule will detect attacks targeting this
vulnerability and is identified with GID 3, SID 16222.

This rule has been updated to include reference information for this
issue.
