I think you confused the topic (I did that too at first). The "Rules
Overlap" committee appears to deal with weeding out duplicate rules in
both rule sets, not with SID range coordination.


It is said that the Internet is a public utility. As such, it is best
compared to a sewer. A big, fat pipe with a bunch of crap sloshing
against your ports.
