Summary: A remote user has tried to cause a DoS to an FTP server.

Detailed Information: Certain versions of Microsoft's IIS FTP service are 
vulnerable to a DoS attack. The condition exists when a
user attempts to view the transfer status using the STAT command. If the 
user enters a large number of file globbing characters 
as an argument, the service will crash.

Affected Systems: Microsoft IIS versions 4, 5, and 5.1

Attack Scenarios: An attacker can cause the service to restart or hang, 
leaving the service unavailable to users.
