[Snort-sigs] Did anyone else notice...?

I sent an email to Chris Klaus and Robert Graham outlining the usage of the
SID system, I'll see if we get a response from them.  It's important that
they respect the numbering system so that we don't  have collisions and
adversely affect tools designed to interoperate with Snort.
