[Snort-devel] Snort Pre-processor + DPX Installation Issue

Something is broken in your libtool file. Try starting over again.
Explode the tarball in a new directory and edit build.sh to comment out the
auto foo therein. The commented code should look like this:

...
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$SNORT

#libtoolize --automake --copy
#aclocal -I m4
#autoheader
#automake --add-missing --copy
#autoconf

./configure --with-dpx-includes=$SNORT/src/dynamic-examples/include
--prefix=`pwd`
...

Then follow the steps in the README. If you get the same problem, send me
your libtool file (from the top level dpx directory).

If you get a compile error with the latest version of Snort, you need to
#include "sf_types.h" to src/dpx.c before the line including snort_debug.h.
