Hi,

Attached is a patch for the HEAD branch that will prevent sp_respond from 
leaking a file descriptor each time Snort receives a SIGHUP.  Additionally, 
this includes a modified version of the patch sent in by Abe L. Getchell 
<abegetchell at qx dot net> to generate random TTLs.
