Oracle limits not the length of the whole INSERT statement, but instead
the length of the values to 4000 bytes (not 4k).  Since we're using a
BLOB, this should (at least in 9i), allow for 4000 real bytes of data
(8000 characters).   However, I believe in 8 it is a hard 4000 length
limit no matter what the data type.

What is the maximum query length on oracle? Maybe you should set
the constant in src/output-plugins/spo_database.c

#define MAX_QUERY_LENGTH 8192

to the right value?
