I have submitted a complete set of diff's to Chris Green for making Snort
2.0 Win32-compilable.  Hopefully he will have a chance in the next few days
to add the changes to CVS.

I tried to compile the MAIN branch in a Win32 project today, but some things
dont work ok.

File Errors:

substr.c - Missing
trie.c - Missing
perf.c - Missplaced
perf-base.c - Missplaced
perf-event.c - Missplaced
perf-flow.c - Missplaced
perf.h - Missplaced
perf-base.h - Missplaced
perf-event.h - Missplaced
perf-flow.h - Missplaced

"unsigned long long"(192) illegal (Replaced with UINT64 ?)

UINT64 should not be defined again in WIN32.
