Summary: bcopy in Win32 build

Initial Comment:
In snort-stable-snapshot (20 JUN 2002) built on
Windows 2000 (Barebones Release build), I noticed that
the ARP output did not have the correct IP addresses,
but always used 0.0.0.0. I believe this is the result of
the bcopy in the #ifdef WIN32 section of snort.h having
its source and destination parameters reversed. I
believe it should be
    #define bcopy(x, y, z)           memcpy((void *)y,
(const void *)x, (size_t) z)
Thanks.
