Using today's (6/21/2002) snort-stable-snapshot.tar.gz

System Architecture: x86
Operating System and version: OpenBSD 2.9
What rules (if any) you were using: N/A
What command line switches you were using: See below

After running ./configure, running 'make clean' displays the
following messages:

==========================
Making clean in win32
*** Error code 1

Stop in /home/work/snort/snort-stable/win32 (line 143 of Makefile).
*** Error code 1

==========================

This is the result of a coding problem in snort-stable/win32/Makefile.in.
A similar problem in snort-1.8.6/Makefile.in has been fixed since the
1.8.6 release. Copying the changes from snort-stable/Makefile.in to
snort-stable/win32/Makefile.in resolved the problem. The same changes
were also required in snort-stable/win32/WIN32-Includes/Makefile.in.
The diff's of the changes are:
