[Snort-devel] DB changes

Oracle 7 and 8 support BLOBs... And I see no changes in the OCI that would
require anything be done to spo_database... We have installs of 7 and 8
here... I'm sure I can talk them into loading up my schema and letting me
test on a development machine.   8i was the start of the destruction of
LONG...
